No, not the drink or the historical icon. Sam Adams will visit the Texans as a free agent, and is looking forward to working with a familiar face in Gary Kubiak.
Kubiak and Adams were both at Texas A&M. Kubiak as the runningbacks coach and Adams obviously as a defensive tackle.
If they do come to an agreement, it will be a major win for the Texans because Sam Adams can both be a teacher to the young lineman, and he's a gigantic man who easily can stop the run. I'm not exaggerating when I say "gigantic" either.
